Yes. Every print is produced individually once your order is placed. This ensures we minimize waste and maintain the highest quality standards in color accuracy, materials, and finish.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Each Nomad Haus piece is made to order and typically printed and prepared within 1–3 business days.
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery windows generally range from a few business days for domestic and nearby regions to longer timeframes for international orders.
All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, local holidays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free worldwide.
No minimum purchase required.
4. What materials do you use?
Our prints are produced using archival-quality matte paper and eco-friendly, pigment-based inks for vibrant color and long-lasting durability.
Framed and canvas options are made with FSC-certified wood and museum-grade materials.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After this time, production begins and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
6. What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at info@nomadhausart.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide at no additional cost. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes, but every piece is reviewed for tonal balance and print accuracy before shipment.
10. Where are Nomad Haus products made?
Our prints are produced and fulfilled by trusted print partners located in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe, allowing us to fulfill orders closer to customers where possible.
11. How should I care for my print?
Keep your print out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. For framed and canvas pieces, occasional dusting with a dry, soft cloth will preserve the quality for years.
